Manufacture Process

1. Review the part design,drawings and quality standard from clients.
2. Mould and Tooling design & manufacturing
3. Mould and Tooling testing & confirm the sample
4. Die casting raw castings
5. Surface treatment: Trimming,Deburring, polishing, cleaning, passivation & power coating and other requirement from Customer
6. Precision machining: CNC lathes, milling, drilling, grinding etc
7. Full Inspection
8. Packing
9. Delivery

Quality Control

1.First Article Inspection (FAI): Full dimensional measurements must be taken on the first part produced from each cavity to confirm that all cavities are within the tolerance range.
2.Production process monitoring: We recommend customers to use cavity pressure sensors or in mold temperature sensors to monitor the filling status of each cavity or critical cavity in real time, achieving active quality control and preventive maintenance.
3.Handling of individual cavity damage: If one cavity is damaged during production, the gate of that cavity can be temporarily "blocked" to continue production, but it will result in a loss of efficiency. The best solution is immediate repair, which reflects the importance of modular mold design (easy to replace inserts).
